In 2014, Arbour Valley acquired the aging property securing Section 42 tax credits and FHA debt financing to reposition the property. Over the next two years, Arbour Valley Communities invested $16 million substantially rehabbing and upgrading the property. Brick facades, vaulted ceilings and hardwood flooring in townhouses were refinished and retained, and all rooftops were replaced. New, upgraded siding, doors and windows were installed. Flooring in the three and four bedroom units was replaced with tile. All new, energy-efficient appliances, cabinetry, HVAC, plumbing and fixtures were installed. And for gatherings, a new spacious clubhouse, complete with an extremely popular splashpad, was erected for residents to enjoy and bond as a community.
